Use it right
Do not use truck routing as sole means to avoid low bridges. Always observe posted signs. You remain responsible for safe operation.
1. Who these terms are with
You are contracting with WhereY@Inc, a navigation software company operating at whereyatinc.com. By creating an account, installing the app, or using our web dashboards, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16+ to create an account. For fleet drivers under 18, fleet owner assumes responsibility.
- You keep your login secure. We are not liable for losses from shared passwords.
- One account per person for personal navigation. Fleet accounts may create driver sub-accounts within your purchased truck limit.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Free: Forever free, no charge for 30 days. Includes basic navigation and community hazards with ads.
- Paid trials: 30-day free trial for Pro ($3.99/mo), Platinum ($7.99/mo), Commercial Trucking ($49/month service fee + $14.99 per truck/month), Logistics (custom fleet-size subscription + $14.99 per delivery truck/month). Municipality starts with a free 90-day demo (no card), then Small Town ($299/mo) and higher tiers after the pilot. Yearly saves about 15%.
- Charging: After trial, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Failed payments have 7-day grace, then downgrade to Free.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime at /app/navigate → Billing → Cancel or email support@whereyatinc.com. Access remains until period ends. No prorated refunds except where law requires.
- Gift cards & promos: Redeemed at /gift-card/redeem. Promos cannot be combined unless noted.
4. Fair use & safety
Navigation is advisory. Road conditions change. You must obey traffic laws, posted signs, weight limits, and bridge clearances. Truck dimensions you enter must be accurate. We are not liable for tickets, damages, or missed low bridges if you ignore signs or enter wrong dimensions.
- Do not use phone while driving in violation of law. Use Sensa voice hands-free.
- Do not submit false hazard reports. Repeated false reporting will suspend reporting privileges.
- Do not scrape map data or attempt to reverse-engineer routing engine.
5. Community content
You own photos and notes you post. You grant us license to show them in the app for safety (with attribution to anonymous or your handle per your setting) and to anonymized data to power hazard alerts. You can delete your reports anytime, which removes them from live map.
6. Disclaimers
Service provided as-is. We work hard for accuracy — commercial bridge database plus community verification — but routing data can be outdated. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to amount you paid in past 12 months.
7. Governing & contact
Governed by New York law. Disputes first by email to legal@whereyatinc.com in good faith for 30 days. Then small claims or Rochester, NY jurisdiction for larger. Questions: legal@whereyatinc.com.
